Arun is an Assistant Professor at USC in the Center for Genetic Epidemiology and the Department of Population and Public Health Sciences. His research has appeared in Nature, Science, PNAS and other journals. He also contributes humor and cartoons to The American Bystander, The Times of London, The Weekly Humorist and others.
